Bungol works with modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Bungol does not work with older browsers like Internet Explorer.
Where do you get your data?
We get our data from the VOW (Virtual Office Website) feed provided by TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board).
How many years of data do you have?
We have MLS data starting from January 1, 2003 - over 3.6 million listings in total. There is 5 years of data available on map search. The rest of the data appear in the Home History tab. To search for any listing in our database, click here.
Is data on Bungol same as data on Realtor.ca?
For sale data on Bungol and Realtor.ca are identical. The major difference is we have sold and delisted data.
How often is your data updated?
It is refreshed every 2 hours. See table:

We only have partial data for areas outside the GTA. If you are browsing for data in a city like Hamilton, keep in mind the data is incomplete.
Do you have a phone app?
No. We are focused on building the web app.
Can I download your data, or get access to your data feed?
No. We cannot share or re-distribute the data in any way. To get access to the data feed, you must become a member of TREB and apply for access.
