Bungol works on all modern web browsers. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Where do you get your data?
We get our data from the VOW (Virtual Office Website) feed provided by TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board).

How many years of data do you have?
We have MLS data starting from January 1, 2003 - over 3.7 million listings in total. There is 5 years of data available on map search. The rest of the data appear in the Home History tab. To search for any listing in our database, click here.

Are listings on Bungol same as data on
For sale listings on Bungol and are identical. The major difference is we have sold and delisted listings as well.

How often is your data updated?
It is refreshed every 30 minutes from 6 AM to midnight.

Do you have a phone app?
No. We are focused on building the website.

Can I download your data, or get access to your data feed?
No. We cannot share or re-distribute the data in any way. To get access to the data feed, you must become a member of TREB and apply for access.
